‘The VIEW Naxos’ is a private retreat, located in the hills of Vivlos with views overlooking the southern Aegean Sea and the Cyclades islands. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, it is just a stone’s throw from the beaches of Naxos and the town center.
You can experience it privately and in solitude or sociably with friends and family.
It is suitable for both: meditative and contemplative or shared and communal.

This vision is brought to life by four exquisitely designed and exquisitely furnished holiday villas on Naxos. Each villa surpasses 140 square meters in size and boasts a generous terrace, spanning between 220 to 370 square meters, offering ample space for a private pool. Two to three bedrooms in each villa comfortably accommodate five to seven guests. In addition, there are three well-appointed bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a range of other amenities.
In addition to the pool, the spacious pergola and the private carport, there is an outdoor barbecue area with seating for all villa guests. Housekeeping is included and we can provide additional staff on request. You can be catered by our own private chef who will prepare regional specialties for you.

During the architectural planning, great importance was attached to ensuring that each villa can enjoy this breathtaking view unhindered.
Each villa is fitted exclusively with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors that open out onto the terrace. Furthermore, the elevated design of the villas not only ensures privacy, but also offers unobstructed views of the sea and neighboring islands. Naxos – Year-Round Mediterranean Bliss
Naxos boasts a Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and mild winters. Summer temperatures often soar above 30° C (86 ° F), while winters remain mild, ranging from 10° C to 15° C (50° F to 59 ° F). Spring and autumn offer pleasant transitions, with gradually rising or falling temperatures and occasional rain showers, making Naxos an enticing year-round destination.
What truly sets these properties apart is their location on the serene Vivlos hills.
